        1. The positioning accuracy of the placement machine

        Positioning accuracy refers to the deviation of the actual position of the component and the position of the component set by the placement machine, there are two factors affecting the placement accuracy, translation error and rotation error, the translation error mainly comes from the X-Y axis positioning system, and the rotation error refers to the insufficient accuracy of the component alignment mechanism. 

        2. Repeatability of placement machine

        Repeatability refers to the repeatability of the SMT machine to a specific coordinate position repeatedly, and the deviation is the repeatability, so the sample accuracy given by the SMT SMT machine is expressed by the repeatability of the SMT machine. 

        3. SMT resolution

        After the placement head receives the pulse command signal, the resolution of the R-axis is the resolution of the placement machine, the degree of rotation of the R-axis of the placement head, the resolution of the current good placement machine reaches 0.0024/pulse, the resolution can also be simply understood as the minimum increment of measuring the operation of the machine, and measuring the motion accuracy of the machine itself is an important energy indicator. 

        2. Improve the efficiency of SMT chipping

        1. Load balancing. In order to ensure that the two SMT placement machines have the same placement time, the number of patch components of the two SMT placement machines is reasonably distributed. 

        2. SMT placement machine itself. The SMT placement machine itself has a maximum speed value, but it is usually difficult to achieve this, and there is a certain connection with the X/Y structure placement machine, and the configuration measures of the head should be picked up as much as possible in the placement speed. In addition, during the placement process, the same type of components are placed together, reducing the number of assemblies and saving placement time. 

        The whole production process of the SMT placement machine production line actually involves many equipment, but if any equipment is running too slowly during the processing process, it will delay the entire placement process and affect the actual process realization.
